In coordination with the Ministry of Health, the Control and Anti-Corruption Authority intends to conduct inspection tours of government entities to ensure the implementation of preventive protocols and measures to limit the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The authority indicated that this is to ensure the return of employees in the government sector to exercise their office work in a safe work environment, and in support of the efforts of the government in all its sectors to limit the spread of the novel Coronavirus pandemic. In accordance with the precautionary measures announced by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and supervisory authorities, equipping their headquarters in a manner consistent with the guidelines and instructions issued in this regard.
The Authority stresses to everyone the importance of adhering to the guidelines and instructions of competent authorities and following the precautionary measures, in a way that fulfills the aspirations of the wise leadership, which is keen to take care of human health in this country, and makes it a top priority.
The Authority also calls on everyone to report through its available channels of any financial or administrative corruption practices to prevent undermining the existing efforts in containing the novel coronavirus pandemic or harming public funds in any way or form.
