In the presence of a number of specialists in relevant government entities, President of Nazaha inaugurates a workshop on the follow-up of the recovery of assets and from corruption crimes

H.E Dr. Khaled bin Abdulmohsen Al-Muhaisen, President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, opened on Monday 10/10/2019 a workshop that includes a number of specialists in relevant government entities to discuss the proposed mechanism by Nazaha on the follow-up to the recovery of funds and proceeds from corruption crimes.

The workshop, which will be held at the Nazaha's Training Center, will review the current status of operations follow-up for the recovery of funds and assets resulting from corruption crimes in the Kingdom and the proposed vision for following up on the recovery procedure.

The workshop is organized pursuant to Royal Decree No. 12515 dated 15/3/1439 AH, which is directed to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha) to coordinate with competent entities to establish an appropriate mechanism for enforcement related to the organization of the follow-up of the recovery of assets resulting from corruption crimes ,collect and analyze information, data and statistics related to corruption, categorize it and build databases and information systems of their own.
