An official source in the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority stated that the Authority has arrested Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Juhani, a Judge in the court of appeal in Medina region, for being caught in the act of receiving 500,000 SAR out of a promised 4,000,000 SAR from a citizen, in exchange for seeking to issue a final ruling in a case at the General Court in one of the regions. Legal procedures are being completed against the aforementioned individual, in accordance with the law and regulations. Nazaha affirms on the continuation to pursue anyone who exploits the public office to achieve personal gain or harm public interest in any way, and it will continue to apply the law, with zero-tolerance against corruption.
