Saudi Arabia represented by the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority signed in Kuala Lumpur today with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of combating corruption and promoting mutual cooperation.
Saudi Arabia was represented by H.E. the President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, Mazin bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous, and from the Malaysian side, the Chief Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission, Tan Sri Dato' Sri Azam bin Baki. The signing ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Malaysia, Mr. Musaed bin Ibrahim Al-Salim.
The memorandum of understanding covers several topics including cooperation in the field of combating cross-border crimes, exchange of information, and building capacity of both sides.
It is noteworthy that this visit comes in response to the invitation of the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission to H.E. the President of Nazaha.
