H.E. Mr. Mazin bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous, President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), met today with H.E. Dr. Monica Juma, Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), at the United Nations Office in Vienna.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdullah bin Khalid Tawlah, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Austria and the Kingdom’s Permanent Representative to the international organizations in Vienna, and Dr. Nasser bin Ahmed Abaalkhail, Chair of the GlobE Network and Deputy for International Collaboration at the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed existing cooperation in promoting integrity and combating corruption, exchanging expertise, and developing partnerships in joint programs and initiatives. They also reviewed progress, updates, and developments related to the GlobE Network, and discussed a number of topics of mutual interest.
The meeting comes as part of the continued efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, to support international efforts to combat corruption, contribute effectively to developing the policies and tools needed to address corruption crimes, and promote transparency and accountability at the international level.
